To develop our associates to their capacity in an accountable, transparent and equal opportunity environment governed by a performance charter and management system. Our values are characterised by a dedication to our core ideology and a passion to serve our customers with the highest integrity.

Code of Ethics
All associates of the Midas Group are required to maintain the highest ethical standards in their dealings with each other and other stakeholders. In line with the relevant recommendation of the King Report, these values have been formalised in a Code of Ethics, which have been widely distributed to associates.
